Shipping policy
At this time, Kickin' Dips and Salsa ships products to various locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you, the customer, when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
At the moment, we ship via USPS and UPS. At checkout, you will be given up to 5 shipping options.
1. Free shipping on all orders over $150 (calculated prior to tax and after all applicable discounts). Shipping class used at the discretion of Kickin' Dips and Salsa**
2. Flat rate shipping based on order products
- Seasonings will be based on weight and destination.
- Sauces must and will only be sent the next day option.
3. Local Delivery/Market Pickup – this option is designed for those who would like to order online and pick up at a local market at a later time. When selecting LOCAL PICKUP for any of our pickup locations, please be aware that ALL online orders are fulfilled at our facility and once completed, sent out to the location of your choice. All of our local market locations serve as a local pickup location and those options are shown to Texas residents on the checkout page. Local Delivery to our market locations is FREE of charge on all order subtotals of $10 or more. Orders with subtotals under $10 are subject to a $2.99 fee.
ANY ORDERS THAT ARE NOT CLAIMED WITHIN the market hours will become PROPERTY OF KICKIN' DIPS AND SALSA AND WILL BE PLACED BACK ON THE SHELF FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR THIS MERCHANDISE.
***Please note that once your package arrives at the post office or UPS, it becomes the post office’s responsibility.
Delivery times are completely out of our hands. We will do our best to assist those looking for their package’s whereabouts, but we are not responsible for it once it leaves our possession at the post office or UPS location.
