Kickin’ Hot Refried Beans Recipe:
Open 2 cans of your favorite refried beans and add to a pot. Warm on medium heat. Add in a 16 oz container of our Roasted Rodeo Red Hot Salsa, 1/2 cup of your favorite grated Mexican cheese or other cheese blends. Mix well, heat through, and stir until all the cheese has melted and the salsa is completely mixed in. Serve on warm tortillas before assembling your taco/burrito or add to nachos. This is also a great side dish for a home-cooked Mexican meal. If you like your life a bit milder, our Roasted Rodeo Red – Medium works just as well.
