Dadgum Spicy Garlic Sauce – Hot

This meal finishing sauce was originally created to top crawfish. There is so much flavor-packing power in this sauce you can seriously add it to just about any cooked meal. Our favorite ways to use are in soups, stews, chili, and gumbo, as well as with tamales, grilled chicken, pork, and seafood. We sell the Dadgum Spicy Garlic Sauce frozen, and a package will easily last you 6 months in your freezer.

 

Dadgum Spicy Pot Stickers Recipe:

 

For a crowd-pleasing appetizer, pan-fry potstickers in a bit of butter or oil following the package’s cooking instructions. Once you create a bit of a crust on the outside* of the potstickers, add about 2 tbsp of extra butter and as much of the Dadgum Spicy Garlic Sauce as you like. (The more you add, the spicier your dish will be). As the sauce heats up in the pan, be sure to stir gently and evenly coat all your potstickers. Set this out at any get-together, and it is sure to be demolished.

 

If you want to make this more of a meal, thin slice your favorite onion and sausage. Pan fry these first until sausage is fully cooked per instructions and remove from pan. Set aside.
